List of mail templates working in prestashop 1.7 version

If you are a developer or a simple user in prestashop and perhaps do not know what templates are used when sending to mail, I will give a list of templates that exist and work.

These templates are along the way mails/locale(for example ru)/and the template itself. These templates can be overridden in a theme with a high priority, they are along the way themes/theme/locale(for example ru)/and the template itself.

There are 2 types of templates basic "Core" and installed modules "modules"

List of templates Core:

1. Receives a letter to the administrator or employee

employee_password = a letter to the store employee about personal data comes to the store

forward_msg = the customer service has transferred the discussion to another employee

contact = a letter comes to the admin sent through user feedback

import = when the file is imported to the store (via the admin panel)

log_alert = alert notifications in (advanced parameter notifications -> magazines) from admin to admin user

order_customer_comment = a letter comes to the store (to customer service) from the user who wrote the letter from the order page

2. A letter comes to the user (client)

1) What is password related:

password_query = password recovery page

password = after password recovery

2) Создание аккаунта:

account = account creation (message after account creation)

3) Sending an email to a client through the customer service in admin:

reply_msg = send an email to the user (i.e. forwarding through the customer service to the user)

4) When paying (not paypal):

order_conf = the letter comes after the order

bankwire = message (letter) of a bank transfer (a letter is received upon order confirmation, and upon status change)

cheque = message payment by check (a letter is received when the order is confirmed, and when the status is changed)

5) By mailing:

newsletter = mailing with message newsletter

6) After payment, statuses change in admin:

preparation = in processing

cheque = Payment expected by check

payment = payment accepted

payment = payment accepted (copy of the previous one)

shipped = sent

refund =reimbursed

outofstock = product is out of stock (not paid)

outofstock = product out of stock (paid) (copy of the previous one)

bankwire = Payment expected by bank transfer

order_canceled = Canceled

payment_error = Payment error

refund = when refunding, if there were refunds

.. delivered (there is no letter to it, not specified in the status settings)

.. waiting for paypal payment (there is no letter to it, it is not specified in the status settings)

.. Cash payment confirmation is awaiting (there is no letter to it, it is not specified in the status settings)

7) Changing the order in the admin panel:

in_transit = delivery change (when there was a change in delivery through the admin panel by the administrator)

voucher_new = add a new coupon for ordering through the admin panel, on the page of the selected order

order_merchant_comment = write a message to the user on the order page in the admin panel

order_changed = after the seller changes the order, a letter comes to the client (the letter does not come)

voucher = shipment with a generated coupon, upon order refund

credit_slip = refund refund, payment via admin

download_product = message to the user to download goods when the payment is accepted

productoutofstock = notification that the goods have arrived at the warehouse

order_return_state = about updating the status of returning the order to the client

outofstock = status of delayed goods if goods do not arrive on the specified lines

8) Placement of a new order (not by the customer)

backoffice_order = placing an order for a client through the admin panel

9) Blog:

new_comment = If in the blog itself, in the article, they answer my comment

10) Feedback:

contact_form = a letter comes to the client from sending feedback

11) Client status change:

guest_to_customer = change of account from guest to client, a letter comes to the client

newsletter_verif = sending a letter from the site for confirmation

newsletter_voucher = comes after confirmation from the link, comes "Welcome coupon code"
